Our services
JourneyLume connects travelers with independent advisors and provides a platform for planning and booking travel. Advisors are independent professionals and not employees of JourneyLume.
Bookings are also subject to the terms of the suppliers providing the travel services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Content and intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by JourneyLume or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Payments and cancellations
Prices, payment schedules and cancellation rules are set by the supplier and shown before you book. Your advisor can explain them and help with changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JourneyLume is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
